My heart aches for you. I have a 14year old dog. I tell him every night I love him. Hope he knows.He is in Dog Heaven, all dogs go to Heaven.

I am so sorry to hear this news. What a beautiful hound. I can only imagine how heartbroken you all must be. My canine friend is nearly 14 and I'm savouring every day. Big hugs. x
Thank you so much everyone for your kind words. We're slowly getting back up the right way now but it's been quite a shock and has left such a hole in our lives. Amazing what an impact "just a dog" can have.
